Kucina is a chef-led food and culture magazine exploring how food connects people, places, and lived experience.

Built as a digital-first publication, Kucina publishes stories, recipes, and conversations rooted in community, memory, and cultural context. We’re interested not only in what we eat, but why. The rituals, histories, and everyday moments that shape how food lives in our lives.

Our work is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect. We tell stories that are human-first, culturally informed, and attentive to detail — from a family kitchen to a community gathering, from heritage dishes to shared tables across cultures.

Kucina is led by chefs and storytellers with a global perspective and Canadian roots. While food is our entry point, our focus is connection: how meals carry identity, how traditions travel, and how communities gather through food.
